XYPN Office Space

Downtown Building in Bozeman
XYPN Office Historic preservation and restoration is one of Yellowstone Architect’s specialties and working with old buildings like Ace Hardware in downtown Bozeman presents a fun pallet of materials to work with. This commercial restoration project features 8,500sf 19th Century floor space including timber beams & columns, load bearing brick walls, new steel reinforcing, and a beautiful modern finish out.

Hall Commercial Building

The Hall Commercial Office Building is located in Bozeman's historic downtown business district. The detailed brick facades are contemporary expressions of the rich masonry buildings in the historic downtown. Designed as one of the most sustainable commercial projects in the City of Bozeman, its sustainable strategies include passive solar heating, waterless urinals, low water-use landscaping, a highly insulated envelope and a 6.6 kW photovoltaic electrical system.

Overlook Lodge

Architecture Design Award Building in Idaho
This community event center was built for a forward thinking development, emphasizing dedicated open space and clustering of high end homes. This won an AIA design merit award for seamlessly blending in with the natural environment and preserving the beauty of the scenery. It boasts a commercial kitchen, high tech conference room, lounge areas and outdoor patios.

West Rim Headquarters

Rustic Mountain Architecture in Idaho
The Gateway building to River Rim Ranch golf estates, this building was inspired by the historical, turn-of-the-century Railroad Depot. It's design nods a head towards the history of the area and celebrates the spectacular views of the Teton mountain range.

These 3,500sf office buildings feature energy efficient designs, open floor plans, natural materials, and outdoor meetings spaces.

S​ecurity Title Branch Office

This 3,500sf office building was featured in Architectural Record as the first building in the country to use an R-20 energy efficient skylight system that maximizes natural light and minimizes the use of electricity during the day.

G​allatin Valley Homes Shop

This 10,000sf shop building features uninterrupted parking bays for large construction vehicles, a professional entry office area including a stone fireplace, and low maintenance exterior materials.
