Gardiner, Montana, 2002. Incorporating many green building strategies, this project was the first LEED certified project in Montana. Environmental systems and strategies include passive solar heating, photovoltaic electrical generation panels, ICF walls with SIP roof panels, low water usage plumbing fixtures, and native vegetation with zero irrigation. It fulfills the goal of employee housing, creating an environment that is both practical and also feels like home.
